UNILAG POST UTME AGGREGATE SCORE GRADING SYSTEM FOR 2021/2022 ADMISSION SESSION

It is important for all aspiring students of the University of Lagos to know the aggregate grading system so as to know their chances for this year’s admission

Firstly, JAMB score is divided by 8 to give you a score over 50. That’s is 240/8 = 30/50

OLEVEL score is graded over 20

While post UTME score is graded over 30.

HOW TO GO ABOUT THE OLEVEL GRADING SYSTEM

A1= 4.0
B2= 3.6
B3= 3.2
C4= 2.8
C5= 2.4
C6= 2.0

Here, the student is expected to select the five compulsory subjects for their course. For example, an engineering student is expected to pick out Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics and further maths to determine their grade for OLEVEL.

It is important applicants go through the admission requirements before calculating the olevel grade. You can’t just pick any subject and grade it.

Note that UNILAG selects subjects you did well the most to derive your olevel grade. This is for students that have the opportunity to pick various subjects to derive their grade. Courses like medicine, and other medical, biological courses are restricted to just Maths, English, Biology, Physics and chemistry.
