HUKPOLY Post Utme Form for 2021/2022 Session is Out

 Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic, Katsina, HUKPOLY Post UTME Screening Form for 2021/2022 Session is now on sale. The form cost N3,500. This is the ND and NCE form.




This is to inform members of the general public that online post UTME screening and verification into full-time ND and NCE programmes of Hassan Usman Katsina Polytechnic for 2021/2022 Academic Session commences on Monday 8th November, 2021.

All candidates are to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2, 000.00) only for screening after which you will be prompted to fill a profile page, print and submit a copy to the Academic Office. You are also to pay the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Naira  (N1, 500.00) only for verification.

HUKPoly Available Courses and Duration

Note that the cut off JAMB score for the following programmes is 130 viz:

  • ND Science Lab. Technology,
  • ND Architectural Technology,
  • ND Civil Engineering,
  • ND Nutrition and Dietetics,
  • ND Computer Science,
  • ND Public Administration,
  • ND Business Administration & Management and
  • ND Mass Communication.

All applicants into National Diploma (ND) are to upload their ‘O’ Level results to JAMB Portal, print and come along with the evidence of upload during the screening exercise or evidence of payment at ICT made for the upload.

HukPoly Admission Requirements

NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND)/NIGERIA CERTIFICATE IN EDUCATION (NCE) TECHNICAL PROGRAMMES

Interested candidates for National Diploma (ND) and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) Technical Programmes most have sat and obtained a minimum score of 120 points in the 2021 Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) 2019 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) accordingly.

In addition to the above

  • Candidates must obtained credits passes in five (5) subjects relevant to the programme including English Language and Mathematics in SSCE/GCE/NABTEB/NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.

OR

  • Five credit passes (including English and Mathematics) in relevant subjects obtained at the final examination of an NBTE recognized Preliminary ND/Pre – NCE Technical Programmes offered in the Polytechnic or a similar Post Secondary Technical Institution.

Prospective Applicants should visit our Portal: portal.hukpoly.edu.ng or website – www.hukpoly.edu.ng  email addresses: academic.secretary@hukpoly.edu.ng or ict@hukpoly.edu.ng for details on how to apply and make appropriate payments. Note: all payments for Application Forms should be made online via portal.

The Polytechnic doesn’t accept cash payment.

ASUU Strike: UNICAL Orders Students Out Of Hostels

  The management of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) has ordered students of the institution out of their hostels with immediate effect due to the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). A statement released on Tuesday by the Registrar Gabriel Egbe said following the industrial action embarked upon by ASUU, the school can no longer provide essential services in the hostels. “The strike has adversely affected the provision of essential services in the halls of residence and on the campus, generally making it difficult to meet up with the management of these essential services. “Consequently, the acting Chief Security Officer of the institution has been advised to lock up all the hostels as well as deploy security men to man all the halls of residence. “Management wishes all students journey mercies, as they travel to meet their parents/guardians,” the statement said.
