2021 WAEC Result: The 2021 WASSCE Result for School Candidates who wrote in August /  September 2021 has been released.



This is to inform the public that the 2021 WAEC Result for candidates who wrote the WASSCE in August/September has been released.

According to WAEC, a total of 80.56 percent are fully processed, and 19.44 percent are still being processed due to some issues being resolved.

How to Check WAEC Result Online.

You don’t need to buy any scratch card to check your 2021 WASSCE result.

The result checker pin and serial number needed by candidates to check results online are contained on the candidate’s smart identity card used during the conduct of the examination.

  1. Go to WAEC result checking portal at www.waecdirect.org.
  2. Enter your WASSCE Examination Number in the required column.
  3. Select your Examination Year i.e. 2021.
  4. Select your Examination Type i.e. SCHOOL CANDIDATE RESULT.
  5. Enter the Card Serial Number.
  6. Enter the Card PIN.
  7. Finally, click “Submit” button to get your Result.

How to check your 2021 WASSCE results without Internet

  1. Use the short code format below: WAEC*ExamNo*PIN*ExamYear and send to the short code 32327.
  2. For example – WAEC*4250101001*123456789012*2013
  3. Note: There should be no space in the message.2. Wait for your result to be delivered to your phone via SMS. (SMS Cost N30).

PS: You might not see your result because the WAEC server might be busy. Nothing to worry. Just check it back after 24-48hours.

Do you have a problem in checking your WASSCE Result?

If you see “RESULT NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS CANDIDATE IN THE SPECIFIED YEAR AND EXAMS DIET”, don’t panic. Just check it back after a 24-48hours (after 1-2 days).

Be mindful of how you keep checking your result, you only have five usages, ie. You can use a WAEC scratch card pin only 5 times.

  1. Error message displayed
  2. Your examination number
  3. Type of Exam

ASUU Strike: UNICAL Orders Students Out Of Hostels

  The management of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) has ordered students of the institution out of their hostels with immediate effect due to the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). A statement released on Tuesday by the Registrar Gabriel Egbe said following the industrial action embarked upon by ASUU, the school can no longer provide essential services in the hostels. “The strike has adversely affected the provision of essential services in the halls of residence and on the campus, generally making it difficult to meet up with the management of these essential services. “Consequently, the acting Chief Security Officer of the institution has been advised to lock up all the hostels as well as deploy security men to man all the halls of residence. “Management wishes all students journey mercies, as they travel to meet their parents/guardians,” the statement said.
