UBTH School of Nursing Post UTME Form for 2021/2022 is Out

University of Benin Teaching Hospital, UBTH School of Nursing Admission Form for 2021/2022 is now on sale. The deadline to apply is 13th July 2022. The cut-off mark is 120. The entrance exam will hold on 16th July 2022.



Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the School of Nursing UBTH, for the 2021/2022 academic session.

This is a three (3) year General Nursing Programme leading to the award of a National Diploma (ND).

The sales of Post UTME forms will commence on Monday 6th of June, 2022.

UBTH School of Nursing Entry Qualifications:

  1. JAMB CUT OFF MARK is 120.
  2. Candidates must not be less than 17 years of age.
  3. Qualification; five Credit passes obtained in not more than two sittings in WASCE/GCE/NECO) in the following subjects, English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
  4. Candidates are to proceed to the nearest JAMB accredited center to effect their change of institution to School of Nursing, UBTH, Benin City.

How to Apply for UBTH School of Nursing Admission Form:

  • Candidates can follow the procedure below to make payment:Go to https://login.remita.net/remita/onepage/OAGFCRF/biller.spa
    • In the “who do you want to pay” column, type “UNIVERSITY OF BENIN TEACHING HOSPITAL“
    • In the drop down menu for “Name of service/purpose”, select TRAINING SCHOOL- SCHOOL OF NURSING
    • If you have a jamb registration number, enter it in the Student/Matric Number box
    • Description should be SCHOOL OF NURSING APPLICATION PAYMENT
    • Amount to pay is ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only
    • Enter your (candidate’s) Payer’s name, phone number, and email respectively.
    • Click the I am not a robot check box.
    • Then submit and proceed to make payment.
  • Candidates are to submit four (4) recent coloured passport photographs (taken in the preceding two weeks) while returning the completed application forms.

Note: Applicants are to come along with documents stating age, State of origin, Local Government Area, School(s) attended with qualifications obtained.

Closing date for submission of completed forms: 13th July 2022.

Examination date: Saturday 16 July, 2022

Time: 10:00 am prompt

Venue: School of Nursing Complex, UBTH, Benin City.

ASUU Strike: UNICAL Orders Students Out Of Hostels

  The management of the University of Calabar (UNICAL) has ordered students of the institution out of their hostels with immediate effect due to the ongoing strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU). A statement released on Tuesday by the Registrar Gabriel Egbe said following the industrial action embarked upon by ASUU, the school can no longer provide essential services in the hostels. “The strike has adversely affected the provision of essential services in the halls of residence and on the campus, generally making it difficult to meet up with the management of these essential services. “Consequently, the acting Chief Security Officer of the institution has been advised to lock up all the hostels as well as deploy security men to man all the halls of residence. “Management wishes all students journey mercies, as they travel to meet their parents/guardians,” the statement said.
