LASU Part-Time programme first matriculation list for admitted students, 2023/2024

 This is to inform the admitted students of the Lagos State University School of Part-Time Studies (SPTS) that the matriculation list for the 2022/2023 academic session has been released on the university website.  The matriculation numbers can be accessed using the procedure below: Visit the University Website: https://www.lasu.edu.ng Point to the STUDENT tab and click on CHECK MATRIC NUMBER On the displayed page, enter your APPLICATION NUMBER e.g PT23… Click on SUBMIT to view your Matriculation Number. Other SPTS students in the 2022/2023 academic session that are yet to commence LACACA are advised to do so without delay, while those already on LACACA platform but have one issue or the other, are advised to act accordingly so that they can be assigned matriculation numbers and safeguard their provisional admissions. JAMB: Registration Continues after 2023 UTME, National Census

  The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that it will be postponing the continuation of its Direct Entry (DE) registration, which was scheduled to close on April 20, 2023, but was extended by one week to continue on May 6, 2023, when the 2023 UTME and the national census exercise would have ended The Head, Public Affairs and Protocol, Dr. Fabian Benjamin, disclosed this in a statement issued yesterday. The statement said: “This development is to accommodate the conduct of the Board’s Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination(UTME) billed to start on April 25, 2023, and end on May 3, 2023, while the national census is scheduled to start on May 3, 2023, and end on May 5, 2023. “Candidates desiring to register for the DE exercise are, therefore, directed to ensure that they obtain their DE ePINs from designated vending outlets on or before April 30, 2023, when ePIN vending would be closed.   Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates into  3 Years General Nursing programme  of Ebonyi State College of Nursing, Uburu, Ebonyi State. 2023 JAMB UTME mock exam - All the things candidates should know

  The UTME mock is a pre-examination test organized by JAMB every year for candidates who will be taking the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Candidates are asked to indicate their interest to take part in the mock exam during the UTME registration. This 2023 UTME mock will hold on Thursday, 30th March 2023.  For the records, the mock exam is not compulsory. The score is not added to the main exam and it is not a requirement to participate in the main exam.  The main purpose of the mock examination is to enable candidates to assess their level of preparation and acquaint themselves with the computer-based test environment.  The mock examination was introduced in 2017 to give all candidates an opportunity to have a hands-on experience with the system, especially for those not conversant with the use of computers.  The mock exam is also an avenue for JAMB to test all systems in all centers to ensure they are working efficiently for the main exam. Week 3: JAMB registers 665,275 candidates for 2023 UTME, deadline remains Feb. 14th

  JAMB has made available the Week 3 statistics of the ongoing 2023 UTME registration. According to JAMB, about 665,275 candidates have been registered so far. This was contained in the weekly bulletin of the board. Check the attached file for a more robust information on Week 3 registration stats. JAMB in the bulletin stated that the deadline for the sales of ePIN is February 14th, 2023. This means that prospective candidates have less than a week to purchase their ePINS. If you are yet to register, the best time is now. Don't wait until it is too late. JAMB equally disclosed that the registration for the  2023 MockUTME exercise closed at 12:00 midnight Sunday, 5th February, 2023.
